WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?

Currently, we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis and by subject to a 3% restocking fee.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept, Sezzle, Paypal, and all major credit cards at check out. We can accept Zelle on a case by case basis.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Items that contain water are automatically given a preservative, so the shelf life should be anywhere from 6-9 months. Items that are oil/butter based should last 12-18 months.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Priority mail is the only shipping option offered for selection at this time. Free shipping option is First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depending on weight of the order).

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Since every product is made on demand, as well as by hand, shipping can take anywhere between 15-21 business days. Of course, this does not to include weekends and holidays. During regular non-promotion periods orders can take 10-15 business days, (not including weekends and holidays). If your order falls o it side of this window, please contact us via email ONLY. 

CAN I COMBINE OR MODIFY ORDERS?

You have 24 hours to modify an order placed (change quantity, add an item, or delete an item). Order cannot be combined. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please alert me PRIOR to orders being filled.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT I DON’T SEE MOVEMENT.

Unfortunately it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for order tracking to be updated via postal carrier. If you do not see movement at that time, please let me know. This is one of the reasons why I ONLY ship Priority for site orders! Unfortunately, packages do get lost/stolen.
